This policy explains what SixBlock collects, why, and the choices you have. We treat your routing data as your operational data — not a product to resell.

What we collect

• Account data — name, work email, company, and fleet size you provide at sign-up.
• Route data — origins and destinations you submit for analysis, tied to your account.
• Usage data — API calls, quota consumption, and dashboard activity for billing and reliability.

How we use it

To compute fuel-cost estimates, meter usage, secure your account, and support you. We do not sell personal or route data, and we do not use your route data to train third-party models.

Caching & retention

Elevation and road-grade data are cached at the street-segment level — that cache contains terrain, not your addresses. Account and route records are retained for the life of your account and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@sixblock.com.
